I am a freelance wildlife photographer and a certified California Naturalist. I was drawn to this genre of photography through my lifelong fascination with the natural world and it where I find the most joy. 

 

To be a successful wildlife photographer however, one must become a wildlife observer. Time spent in nature can lead to some amazing insights and discoveries. Of course this requires a great deal of patience and respect for where we are and what we are viewing.
